Teheran, April 15. Sardar Sepah has formed a Cabinet, with himself as Premier and Minister of War; Zuka ul Mulk, Minister of Foreign Affairs; Modir ul Mulk, Minister of Finance ; Muazed es Sultaneh, as Minister of Justice; and Mosjared Douleh as Minister of Public Works. The new Government will present a programme representing the strengthening of friendly relations with foreign Powers, perfecting and increasing tho military forces, reorganisation of the police and the institutions of Justice and Education, and the establishment of aerial post and wireless services.— Aus.-N.Z.
