At the Town Hall on Wednesday, evening next an address by the Rev. Dr. J. H. Ritson, one of the foremost missionaries in the service of the British and Foreign Bible Society, who is on an extensive tour of the English-speaking countries of the world. The subject of his address will bo the remarkable spreading of. the Scriptures throughout tliu world in hundreds of different languages. The speaker will bs sunnorted on Wednesday evening by _ Archbshop Julius, chairman of the New Zealand Board of Missions, and the Mayor, Mr. R. A. Wright, M.P., who will preside.
