Works, Water Supply and Labour: Air. Drew, Colonial Secretary. Education and the North-West Territory; Air. Troy, Afinos and Agriculture; Mr. Willcock, Railways and Justice. Air. Hickey has been appointed a third Honorary Minister to assist in the Legislative Council—Press Assn.
