K. °teannte e TnSn ( whom a prohibition order is to be issued) am Alfred John Johanson were each fined ill default three days’ imprisonment, for drunkenness. , George Hardham, charged, with drunkenness, was fined £2. , For committing a breach of a prohibition order, Martin Samuelson was fined £5, in default 21 days imprisonnient, and on charge of drunkenness ho was convicted and discharged. Hoy William Spencer, charged witn stealing an Australian terrier puppy valued at £5, tho properly of Robert William Charles, was fined £5. in default 14 days’ imprisonment. I'ourteen days were allowed in which to pay tiio amount. , , Dems William Quill was charged witn the theft of clothing on four different occasions and a pair of shoes, the total value of which was £3 12s. Gd. It was stated that the articles were taken from shop fronts by. the accused while ho was under tho influence of liquor. A remand was granted for one week, pending application to bo made by Quill for entry to the Pakatoa Home.
