Tho case of G. H. Lysnar v. the GisIxirne Harbour Board was again before the Appeal Court yesterday, when an application was made on behalf of Lysnar for final leave to appeal to the Privy Council »in connection with his claim against tho board for use of his harbour plans. Tho application was gra.nted, as the conditions of the provisional leave had been complied with. Mr. J. S. Hanna appeared for the applicant, and Mr. M. Myers, K.C., for tho Gisborne Harbour Board.
