— SELECTING THE AUSTRALIAN? TEAM. Adelaide, February 8. The Davis Cup selectors met to pick the team to contest the cup, but-after the meeting it was announced that it was impossible to make any formal statement, as the first intimation of what had been done must be given to the council of the Australian Lawn Tennis Association. —Press Assn.
