Provision in tho Ngaio District of: A Public Hall: £5OOO. Tho Council proposes to pledge a Special Rate not exceeding one hundred and ninety, two hundredths of a p<4ftny (190-200 d. in tho pound on the rateable value (on the basis of the unimproved value) of all rateable property within tho Ngaio District (being a portion of the City of Wellington, and a portion of tho late Borough of Onslow, for which it is proposed to provide a public hall by this undertaking) as security for the said loan of £5OOO and the interest and sinking fund thereon.- _ . It is proposed to establish, a sinking fund of Ono per cent. It is proposed that tho above Special Loan shall be repayable at tho expiration of a term of ten years, computed from the Ist day of July, 1924.
