TO BE FLOATED IN LONDON AND NEW YORK (Rec. February 8, 9.45 p.m.) • New York, February 7. Banking circles have indicated that Japan will refund its entire outstanding sterling loan and finance its reconstruction work by a single loan aggregating about two hundred million dollars. of which fifty million dollars will ho floated in London and the balance in New York. It is stated that ihe new issue wjll carry conversion rights, under which bonds of tho outstanding sterling issue will be exchangeable for the new issue.
