ASSOCIATION FOOTBALL
i BROOKLYN CLUB. At the annual general meeting of the Brooklyn Association Football Club this week, the following officers were elected for the year:—Patron, Mr. J. Crabtree; president, Mr. H. Allen; vice-presidents, Messrs. R. McKoen, M.P., J. Dalton, G. Brown, R. Davison, H. Thomas, Kershaw, A. Turner, Day, Anton, sen., L. Barton, N. Mather, W. J. Westwood, and R. Taylor; secretary and treasurer, Mr. R. J - . Weir; assistant secretary and treasurer, Mr. S. J. Anton; management committee, Messrs. N. Griffiths, C. Dixon, C. N. Shoyt, J. Scarratt, and captains of teams; delegates to Wellington Football Association, Messrs. S. J. Anton, R. J. Weir, and J. Scarratt. The finances of tho club are in a very healthy state, and the meeting was tho largest held by the club for many years.
