TERMS OF TREATY Paris, January 25. The Franco-Czecho-Slovakian Treaty has been signed. In the treaty, the two countries proclaim their respect for international engagements; their firm desire for the maintenance of the peace of Europe, and their fidelity to their obligations as defined by the peace treatiies. -They declare that they are ready to taka concerted action on external questions likkly to endanger their security, and agree regarding measaires to be taken in event of peril. They affirm their adhesion to the political principles contained in Article 88 of the Treaty of St.- Germain, and their desire to adopt a common policy against any attempt to restore tho Hohenzxillens or Haps-burgs.—Aus.-N.Z.
