4 DURING LIFE-SAVING EXHIBITION (Rec January 27, 5.5 p.m.) Sydney, January 26. During a life-saving exhibition in the surf at Wollongong, the life-lines of three competitors became entangled. James King was drowned, and the two others were sent to hospital in a serious condition. —Press Assn.
