ACCUSED REMANDED TO CHRISTCHURCH By Telegraph—Press Association. Dunedin, January 21. William Williamson, James Golding, William Percy Capes, and Charles Hepwood Capes were again charged at the Police Court te-day with the offence alleged against them in connection with the running of the - horso Look Out in Southland Detective Beer asked for a lemand to Christchurch, and counsel for accused, while not objecting to the remand asked for assurances that there would be no unnecessary delay and that they would not bo taken unawares. Detective Boer accordingly gave assurances on these two heads, and accused were remanded to appear at Christchurch on Friday next, cn the same bail as before. .
