Mr. A. AV. Christie’s appointment as dairy, rabbit, and noxious weeds' inspector has been gazetted. W Mr. T. W. Attwood, president of the New Zealand Fruit-growers’ Federation, left for England by the s.s. Port Kembla on Wednesday, in order to supervise tho display of New Zealand fruit at the British Empire Exhibition. During his absence. Mr. A. M- Robertson, of Hawke’s Bay. will act as president of the Fruit-growers’ Federation.
