* N.Z. MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE. The Management Committee of the New Zealand Rugby Union met last night. The chairman (Mr. S. S. Dean) presided, and there were also present Messrs. E. A. Little, E. AA r ylie, A. C. Kitto, T. A. Fletcher, and AV. Hornig. A ruling was received from the Laws Committee of the English Rugby Union'in regard to a player taking a mark being injured, as follows: —“If the player who made the mark cannot take the kick within three minutes, the kick is void, and a scrimmage formed at the mark.” The date of tho next annual meeting was fixed for April 10.
