DRUNKEN MOTORIST
CAPTURED AFTER THRILLING CHASE
By Telegraph—Press Association. Auckland, December 14. In the Magistrate’s Court to-day, John Kelly was sentenced to fourteen days’ hard labour for bciim drunk in charge of a motor-car. Kelly was captured aftei a sensational ’ chase through two suburbs by the police in another motor-car. Kelly s car eventually crashed into the pavement and cabsized. Kelly missed death by a miracle escaping with cuts on the head.
