“THE TICKET” LEADING
The returning officer continued yesterday the counting of votes in the North Island in the postal ballot for members of the Dairy Export Control Board.
Seen at the close of the day, Mr. Hodgkins stated that the count of North Island votes was being done first, and was proceeding satisfactorily. He indicated that the progress count showed that the "ticket” was leading. The members nominated on the “ticket” were:—
K. Dalrymple, Bulls, Rangitikei. H. D. Forsyth, Eltham, Taranaki. W. Goodfellow. Hamilton. W. Grounds, Hbkianga. W. A. lorns, Martinborough, Wairarapa. AV. C. Motion. AVaiukli, Auckland.
