GIRL’S ATTEMPT AT SUICIDE
* . AN AUCKLAND SENSATION By Telegraph—Pp.ess Association. Auckland, December 4. As a sequel to a sensation at_Endean’s Buildings on September 5, a 17-year-old girl appeared in the Police Court to-day charged with attempted suicide. She jumped from the second floor down the light well. 'Lhc police stated that she had had a disagreement with a boy friend that day Accused was discharged and ordered to' pay £4l hospital fees. Her name was suppressed.
