NEW RUSSIAN TARIFF
TO PROTECT COUNTRY’S INDUSTRIES London, November 27.. Moscow reports state that the Soviet is drawing; tip a new tariff, which will remove all export duties from agricultural produce, and impose import duties on such goods as are manufactured in Russia. Agricultural machinery and implements not made in Russia will be admitted free till 1926. Thp Russian coal industry will ho protected against British coal. —Tire Times.
