APPEAL AGATNST MAGISTRATE’S
DECISION

The Arbitration Court heard an appeal by Fullers, Ltd., against a decision obtained by the Inspector of Awards in the Magistrate’s Court. During Christmas week there were five evening performances and two matinees held in the applicants’ opera house, instead of six evening performances and one matinee. The inspector^”claimed that the extra matinee should be paid for under the musicians’ ,award, while the appellant claimed that the extra matinee took the place of the evening performance not given on Christmas night. Decision was reserved.
