Members of the West Coast Miners’ Unions voted to-day on the Reefton proposals for forming a West Coast Federation, 'ihe results available so far are: — , , State Miners: For proposals, 108; against, 170; informal, 13. Blackball and Roa Miners: For, 51; against, 154; informal, 9. The Buller votes are yet to come in.
