A NEW SEVEN-STORIED STRUCTURE

FOR THE U.A.O.D. Mr. Llewellyn Williams has prepaied plans for a building that' will be at once a notablo landmark and an architectural adornment to the centre of .the city. This is a seven-storied structure for the United Ancient Order of Druids to be erected on their property at the corner <.f Lambton Quay and Woodward Street, covered at present by premises occupied by Bruce Howe and others. The building, which will be of leinforced concrete, will he 100 ft. in height (the limit allowed by the City Corporation by-law), and will have a frontage to I.ambton Quay of 26ft. by one to Woodward Street of 107 ft. The new building, which will have a sheeredoif corner, will present a handsome front to both thoroughfares.
