Unusually good security, comprising—1. Special rate over the whole of tho Opunake Harbour District, which is an exceptionally fertile district, carrying a rateable value of .£97*1,891. (This spooial rate is more than sufficient to pay interest and sinking fund.) 2. The whole of the Board’s net revenue.
