BASEBALL
* An enthusiastic meeting was held in The T.M.O.W. on Thursday evening, tvhen it was decided to revive the game of baseball, the meeting forming itself into the Wellington Baseball Association. The following officers were elected: —President, Mr. W. Stuart Wilson; committee, Rev. Father Kane, Messrs. 'Wanelyn, Cohen. McMillan, White, Waiv.es; hon. treasurer, Mr. H. McGirr; hon. secretary, Mr. F. R. Alexander. It was stated that a great deal of support had been promised the movement, and it is hoped to start practice and exhibition games immediately.
