“THE WELLINGTON ROTARIAN”
Volume 1, No. 1, of “Tlie Wellington Rotarian,” is a neatly-compiled type-written publication, which can scarcely be read without giving the reader “a fairly succinct impression of the Rotary idea and ideals. To quote from the leading article: “The first issue consists mostly of gleanings and excerpts from various Rotarian magazines, but in subsequent numbers we hope to introduce original contributions of local interest.” There is an address on “Gambling and National Progress” by E. B. Perkins, and another article on “Tlie Plain Clothes Aproned Man,” by Sydney Walton, which casts a now light on who really did win the war. Humour is not lacking in the make-up of the “Wellington Rotarian.”
