W Tibbs, will be held at the Jubilee Institute for the Blind, Manukau Road, Auckland, commencing on April 20, at 10 a.m. AU persons interested are invited to give l evidence on any of the matters mentioned in the Order of Reference given below. Witnesses who cannot attend personally may forward written statements, to reach the Chairman at Auckland, not later than April 19.
