EASTERN SUBURBS FINAL TODAY. On the Hataitai green this afternoon will be played the final game in the Eastern Suburbs Clubs' tournament, between rinks skipped by Gilbert (Lyall Bay), and Glendining, Wellington). It will be recalled that this game was played on Tuesday last, but that as the last -third of the play took place in the dark, and a tie resulted, it was decided te play the whole game again this afternoon. Play w'll commence at 2 p.m. sharp. The season will conclude on the Thorndon Club’s green this afternoon, when trophies, presented ny the president (Mr. Johnson), and ’.fie vi-o-pre-sident will be competed for.
