PAN-AMERICAN COURT OF JUSTICE
(Rec. April 6, 8.35 p.m.) Santiago, April 6. Chile and Costa Ricar have intreduo ed a proposal before the Pan-American Conference for the establishment of a Pan-American Court of Justice, composed of representatives of each country chosen by the respective Supreme pouits for a ten-year term. It is proposed that cases be decided bv from three to seven judges, none of whom shall be representatives of the country which is a party to the dispute under consideration. The proposal requires the adherence of only twelve nations before the creation of the court.— Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
