AUCTIONEERS’ NOTE.—This property is situated about four miles from Raetihi, on a good metalled road. Tho land is of goott quality, on papa foundation, and carries a good solo of grass. It was originally bush land, and has all been felled and sown in grass, ring fenced, and subdivided into several paddocks. About lorty-seven acres have been stumped and ploughed, and the balance is practically all ploughable when stumped. The land is suitable for dairying, and has been carrying one cow to three acres.
