IVOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at a Special Meeting of the Wellington City Council, held on March 27, 1923, the following resolution was.passed:— The Wellington City Council hereby makes by Special Order the following Bylaw in pursuance and exercise of the authorities and powers vested in it in that behalf by tho provisions of "The Municipal Corporations Act, 1920, and its Amendments, and in pursuance and exercise of all other powers and authorities (if any) enabling it in tfhat behalf. The Short Title of this By-law is “The Wellington City By-law (Licensed Motorcar Stands), No. 42, 1923." The object and purport of the By-law are: — . , To regulate the use of private stands for licensed motor-cars, and to provide for tho issue of licenses in respect thereof. AND NOTICE IS HEREBY FURTHER GIVEN that the said resolution will be submitted for confirmation at a Special ing of the Wellington City Council, to bo held on TUESDAY, the 24th day of April 1923, at the Council Chamber, Town Hall, Cuba Street, Wellington, at 4 o’clock p.m. . A full copy of the said By-law is deposited .at the office of the Town Clerk to the said Council, and may be inspected there by all persons during ordinary office hours. R. TAIT. Acting Town Clerk.
