CHINESE DOMESTIC LOANS
AMORTISATION TO BE SUSPENDED.
Peking, April 3. The Finance Minister has informed tho Foreign Legations that the Chinese Government proposes to suspend the amortisation of domestic loans, and t# have no drawings thereon. It is understood that the proceeds, 24,000,000 will be expended partly in the readjustment of foreign obligations, and partly on the cost of administration.— Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
