Mr. Ramsay MacDonald, Leader - of the Labour Party, speaking at Newport, said that the Tory Party's policy •was grab, and their moral attitude came after that of grab. Tho Laberal Party was inspired by great principles, but ono section had followed the Government, and the other had followed the Labour Party. There was now less chance of peace in Europe for the next fifteen years than there was in 1910, and there was less of security and more of silent enmitiqs.
