BUTTER AND CHEESE GRADING

The figures of the Dairy Division of the Agricultural Department show that the salted butter graded for January 1923, was 1T7,199cwt., and the upsalted 710Scwt., compared with !35.106cwt. for January of last year—an increase of 36.41 per cent.
