The Ambassadors' Conference nas deci clod to send to Memel immediately a commission to create a Provisional Government, which, under Allied authority, will bo gi.ven tho task -of restoring order. After that the Lithuanian Government will be reminded of its grave responsibilities and asked to take all practicable means of inducing Lithuanian inhabitants of the Memel area to accept the commission's authority.
