THE INTER-PROVINCIAL FOURS. BY Telegraph.—Special Correspondent. Christchurch, January 18. -. At a meeting of the Canterbury Rowing Association to-night, it was decided to write to the 'Wellington Regatta Committee regretting its decision to substitute the inter-provincial fours for the usual senior fours at the regatta to be held at Port Nicholson on February 24. The executive decided to enter a Canterbury crew for the inter-provin-cial fours at the "Wellington Club’s regatta.
