AVERAGE UNEMPLOYED RATE “We arc back to normal,” said the Mayor yesterday, when asked as to the state of unemployment in the citv. "The number of men applying for work just now is iust about the average.” Mr. Wright added that the fund for unemployment relief had been exhausted, but that some slight donations had been received lately.
