JOHNSONVILLE MURDER CHARGE
DATE FIXED FOR TRIAL. AVhen John Tuhi, the young Afaori who stands charged with the murder of Herbert Henry Knight, at Johnsonville on October 14 last, entered the dock in the Alagiktrate’s Court on Saturday morning. Senior Detective Lewis intimated that the police' had arranged to proceed with the case on January 24. He asked that accused he remanded until Wednesday next, with a view to a further remand until the date referred to. „ , The Magistrate (Air. E. Page, S.AI.) granted the application.
