RAILWAY ACCIDENT
SHUNTER DIES FROM INJURIES BT TELBGBAPW —PRESS ASSOCIATION. Christchurch, January 10 John Bonniface, a shunter, had both legs and several ribs fracture# through being run over by a truck in the Lyttelton railway yards to-night. He succumbed to his injuries. He was ridinjr on the cow catcher of the engine, and whilst unhitching a truck in what is known as a slip shunt, he fell off and the truck passed over him. Bonniface was a married man.
