Rather an unusual Incident occurred at Auckland on Sunday afternoon. Th" Union Company’s coal hulk. Rothesay Bay. hogan to sink at her moorings nt on? of the city berths. The vessel had on board MOO to -900 tons of eoal nt the time. Th? Uni .n C ntpany were informed and a ferry steamer was sent to the hulk's assistance. Subsequently she was rf-»nrl»d on p mud bank. T.oter a. boat was sent to pump the water out of the Rotlm»ty Bay. and as soon as noseible a quantity of the coal will bo discharged from the hulk.
