BY TELEGRAPH —PRESS ASSOCIATION. Fox ton, December 18. While bathing the seaside yesterday morning Ronald William Kilpatrick aged eighteen, whose parents reside at Palmerston, was drowned. Ho was sivimmin'; with a companion, and suddenly disappeared. Ihe body has not yet been recovered, and it is supposed that it has been carried, out to sea.
