ALLIED DISCUSSION IN PARIS London, November 23. The Lausanne correspondent of “The Times” cables that Signor Mussolini has issued a statement that he, Mr. Bonar Law, M. Poincare, and M. Theunis will meet in Paris between December 5 and 10 to discuss reparations.—“ The Times.”
