LABOUR’S SET-BACK
ENGLISH MUNICIPAL ELECTIONS (Rec. November 3, 5.5 p.m.) ~ London, November 2. In thq elections for fourteen London borough councils, Labour lost 159 seats and gained four. Labour circles attribute the set-back nt the municipal elections to strong Coalition opposition. They expect to make a stiffer fight at the Parliamentary elections. —-Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
