A I 'CONVICTION UPHELD. BY TELEGRAPH.—FREIS ASSOCIATION Greymouth, November 3. Reserved decision was given fo»lay by Mr. Justice Adams in an anneal recently heard in the Supreme Court. Greymouth, against the Magisterial convictions of a. picture operator and a member of an audience charged with aiding and abetting, in connection with a Sunday exhibition of pictures. _ His Honour uphold the convictions. and the appeal was dismissed with costs.
