THE PRESS APPEAL Dear Sir, — We have got a good start! Provided the suggestion made in your paper yesterday is carried out by all who desiie to help the Boy Scouts, not only shall we get the £lOOO asked for, but this city will raise this quota first. All I ask is for everyone to giro not less than ono shilling: for one person in each home or office to take the initiative and collect, that one shilling from pmong those in that home or office, and to send the total (though it be but 2s. 6d) to you.
