At the annual conference of the National Association Sir George Fuller, in his presidential a<ldress, outlined the Government’s land policy. He said private estates would be acquired by fair and reasonable treaty with the owners. He believed that after the discussions the Government had already had with landowners the proposals in this direction would he fairly and patriotically met. —Press Assn.
