THE ENGLISH TEAM PROVISION AL PROGRAMME. by telegraph—Press association. Christchurch, August 27. At a meeting of the Management Committee of the New Zealand Cricket Council, it was announced that the programme of Maclaren’s M.C.C. team, as framed by the Australian Board of Control, provides for the commencement of the tour by a match against AVest Australia on November 3 and 4, followed by matches against South Australia, A r ictoria, and New South AV ales. Tho team leaves Sydney for New Zealand on November 30, and will remain here till February 8, playing matches against the Australian States on the return journey. A sub-commit-tee was appointed to draft a. programme for the New Zealand tour to submit to the various associations.
