THOMSON ACQUITTED. The trial of James Cecil Oliver Thomson on charges of theft ’of 112 sovereigns and £5l in silver, and of having received 28 sovereigns knowing the same to have been stolen, was 'concluded in the Supreme Court vest terclay before Mr. Justice Chapman and a jury of twelve.
