Near Waimarama, a Maori, Raiwaho Winitana, known as “Jimmiej” agritl 00 years, was standing on a stump chopping branches off a tree, when one branch in falling struck a rotten tree which crashed and struck the man on the back, pinning him to the stump, and killing him instantly.
