MONTHLY MEETING. The meeting of the Wellington Land Board was continued yesterday, when the following business was dealt with: Renewal of lease ' over Section 3, Block VI, Owhango Township, area 2 roods 4 perches.—lt was resolved to grant Mr. J. Maxwell a renewahfor a further term of 5 years from July 1, 1922, under section 130 of’ the Land Act, 1908, as amended by schedule 21 of the Land .Laws Amendment Act, 1912, at an 'annual rental of £1 ss. Application by the Ohakune Dairy Co. for a lease of Section 6, Block XII, Ohakune Township, Police Reserve, area 1 rood.—lt was resolved to grant the Ohakune Dairy Co. a year-to-year lease, under section, 27 of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908, at an annual rental of £l5. subject to the ' right that the office be removed if section is required for police purposes. Question of disposal oft Sections 6 to 11, 15 to 17, and 73, Mowhanau Township, area 8 acres 3 roods 2 perches.— It was resolved to offer Mr. C. H. Gordon a lease under section 130 of the Land Act, 1908, at a rental of £l5 a year. Application by Charles Lovett to surrender his interest in Section 9, Horopito West, Village Settlement, area 3 acres 3 roods. —It .was resolved to accept surrender, subject to payment of arrears, amounting to Is. lid. G. E. McWhirter, lessee of Section 42. Raetihi Extension No. 1, area 2 acres, application to surrender. —It was resolved to accept surrender as from June 30, 1922, subject to arrears being paid. , , . „ Mrs A. C. Block XVII, Town'of Levin, Education Reserve, area 1 rood, application to surrender. —It was resolved to accent surrender a.s from June 30, 1922, subject to arrears being paid. George Thomas Little,_ apnlioation to rnrrender his interest in Section 22, Block VI, Makuri S.D., area 49 acres. —Accepted. Disposal of Section 201, Borough of Palmerston North, Education Reserve, area. 4 acres 2 roods. —Resolved to grant the Technical School Board a lease under section 5 of the Public Bodies’ Leases Act,'"l9oB.
