THe Sofia correspondent of “The Times” reports that a grave plot is suspected in consequence of the arrest of Colonel Samohualoff, the senior officer of ' Wrangel’s army. A mass of documents was discovered in his room at his hotel in relation to the organisation of the Bulgarian army, the location of ammunition dumps, strategical maps, and details of the money in the principal banks. The police for some time nad suspected that Wrangel’s army was inclined to intrigue with Monarchist groups in Berlin and Paris. The discovery justifies the suspicions. Numerous arrests are probable. —“Thel Times.” . \ ■
