The appeal of "T„” a Christchurch solicitor, ngainst tho decision striking him off tho rolls, was dismissed by. a judgment of the Court of Appeal, delivered on Saturday morning. . "T" was convicted of theft,,m August 1914. of £77 odd, and was struck off' the rolls .in 1915. In dismissing the appeal, the Couit ordered "T” to pay £lO 10s. costs together with the costs of the proceedings to strike off the rolls, which must be paid lieforo further application will be considered. „ Mr. A W. Blair appeared for 1. Mr A. Meek for The New Zealand Law Society, and Mr. M. J. Gresson for the Canterbury District Law Society.
